Rushmore Loan Management Services, CEO

Terry is  the Co-CEO of Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC.  Rushmore is the captive, “High Touch” residential special servicer and national wholesale loan originator for Roosevelt Management Company. Terry is also a Senior Managing Director and founding partner of Roosevelt Management Company, a New York based real estate investment management firm. He has over 20 years of mortgage industry experience and is responsible for capital markets operations including due diligence and servicing oversight.
Prior to founding Roosevelt, Terry spent a year with Ellington Management Group where he was hired to function as the President of the servicing business.  His responsibilities included due diligence operations, servicing oversight and surveillance activities on the firm’s loan and securities portfolio.
Terry spent over four years as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where he led a 120-person secondary market mortgage acquisition operation, which included management of the residential Alt-A conduit and subprime acquisition due diligence. He was responsible for $4 Billion in monthly subprime acquisition and $2.3 Billion in Alt-A. His management responsibilities also included servicing oversight and analytics which was responsible for the surveillance of over 100 Morgan Stanley issuances from 2001 through 2006.
Additionally, Terry spent five years as a Senior Vice President/Manager at C-BASS/Litton Loan Servicing where he was a senior member of the executive team that transformed Litton Loan Servicing  from a 30-person organization in 1997 to a highly regarded 650+ person special servicer in 2002, with the highest ratings from all three agencies.  He was also responsible for the start-up and management of a 125 person group which performed due diligence, property valuation and REO asset disposition functions for C-BASS.
Terry spent 12 years at Bear Stearns & Co. where he was a founding officer of EMC Mortgage Corporation and responsible for the start-up and management of a 60 person Capital Markets Operations Group.
Terry has been recognized in the industry by rating agencies, bond insurers, whole loan investors and special servicer for establishing “Best in Class” operations within the areas of due diligence, property valuation, property disposition and servicing oversight.  He received a degree in Finance from Monmouth College in West Long Branch, NJ.
