SANDRA LOSOYA, Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Advisor

Sandra has a proven executive management track record and over 13 years of experience in operations, program, facility, and people/ change management. Prior to joining AmeriCatalyst, Sandra was Senior Manager of Operations and Shared Services (Accounting/ Financial, Sales, and Warehouse departments) for PETEX at The University of Texas- Austin, ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership of PETEX’s operations in identifying and reducing the strategic, representational, compliance, and operational risk and support throughout the firm’s many regional locations. At PETEX she effectively influence peers and constituents across organizational lines to assess risk/reward and drive action on strategic initiatives within their respective units and implement changes, improve policies and procedures.

Previously, Sandra served as Associate Director for the Executive MBA Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in San Francisco, California (West Coast Campus). She was responsible for (90+ C-Level Executives) and faculty, as well as executive heads of industries/ government on all academic and program matters. She ensured all logistical support, advising and orienting students throughout the 2-year program. She was promoted into this role after serving as Office Manager for The Wharton School, MBA Career Management (East Coast Campus). In both roles, she was responsible for overseeing and managing projects and teams and increasing productivity that resulted in measurable improvements within the departments and programs. Sandra received a graduate certification in Business Administration and Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2001.

As former COO with AmeriCatalyst, Sandra continues to serve as an operations advisor.
